Thanks to this timely reminder from a dear friend and dedicated reader I had several days to mentally prepare for the coming disruption. However, I am left without much material for posting. We were not any more than usually late for church, the clocks in the Pickwickian vehicles are now only 6 minutes fast and 11 minutes slow, respectively, instead of 66 and 51 minutes fast (dear readers, the math and time change calculation involved in that sentence meant so much deleting and re-typing I am ashamed. I am still not entirely sure it is correct), and we even had all the little Pickwicks- including Baby P!!- in bed at their normal time without much fuss. At least, that was what I thought until I realized the particular clock I was using to validate patting myself on the back had not been re-set yet. So stay tuned, there is still a chance yet for daylight savings time to wreak havoc in the Pickwick household.
